Created from scratch a successful series of promotions which have resulted in significant revenue growth. Successfully merging the Felsted Swim Club into the Felsted Gym management structure. Hired as universities first strength and conditioning coach and given the responsibility of creating from “ground zero” strength and conditioning programs for 16 varsity sports. Supervise over 300 student-athletes and staff annually through strength and fitness programs. Design and implement athlete physical evaluation programs comprised of the following domains: aerobic fitness, anaerobic capacity, speed, agility, strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. Design and implement comprehensive strength, speed, agility and conditioning programs for the following sports: men and women’s basketball, men and women’s soccer, men and women’s tennis, men and women’s golf, men and women’s swimming and diving, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, wrestling and men and women’s sailing. Instruct student-athletes in a variety of movement and athletic skills. Administer daily operations of program, including scheduling and fiscal concerns. Establish a winning environment by instilling a strong code of ethics based on excellence. My strength and conditioning programs at Old Dominion University played an integral part in an athletic department that produced the following: 45 conference team championships 6 university all sports division I state titles 6 sailing national titles 5 field hockey division I national championships 1995 national clay court women’s tennis champion 1997 national division I women’s basketball finalist. Played in national title game 1997 national division I women’s basketball final national ranking #2 2006 national invitational tournament division I.
