Andy is a fantastic motivator. He trusts you, listens to you, engages you and makes you feel supported without needing to say it. He’s the leader that gives you appropriate advice, brings energy to all, talks to and treats all levels of people like there equals, generates outside the box ideas and then makes you want to achieve more. The level of autonomy Andy allows but making decisions when needed is in my opinion was excellently and inspiringly balanced. I respected and enjoyed working for Andy. I appreciated this even more when he moved on as some of his personal skills and fun was sorely missed at the work place. Someone I’d never think twice of working with or for again.
