Andy is passionate about his work and his vision for the future. He is truly committed to helping his team and others achieve their potential - empowering, stretching and supporting them.

Steve Burke

I would thoroughly recommend Andy, why? Well because I find he possesses some qualities that I have found in few people over my career. Forget his eye for detail, great technical ability, his passion for what he does and who he works for and forget the fact that he can grasp and do his job within the strategic direction of the organisation he works for. What I really admire about Andy is his bravery, prepared to take personal risk for the greater good of the business and prepared to challenge and have a different view to people well up the hierarchy from himself. He does that in a way that really makes you think, in a well considered way and well articulated. Having done all that and having been listened to he will go and manage the task in had with the passion mentioned above. Most organisations would be lucky to have an Andy Strode.
