Andy approached me in January 2010 to offer his service as a personal trainer in the lead up to my wedding in October 2010. I had had a different personal trainer previously and wasn’t overly impressed with him. Andy offered me a free session up front to see how I liked it and I have never looked back. I had initially only planned to have sessions for a few months and then stop but Andy provided a service far beyond my expectations to the point that I have still been training with him. He takes great pride in his job and far past just being a personal trainer where he genuinely cares about the wellbeing and goals for each of his clients.
