New Sight Eye Hospital (Project Development)

Project Director (development) and Construction Manager (delivery and commissioning) for $74.9M project, including the first-ever use of Alliance contracting in South Australia. An iconic recycled water project of three pumping stations, 35 km of pipelines, and a new recycled water treatment plant including ultrafiltration, chlorine and ultraviolet disinfection, and four covered and lined earthen storages totaling more than 21 million litres.

Special Projects Manager, Torrens System Upgrade Project

Development and delivery from concept to completion, including the first-ever use of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contracting at SA Water. Nuclear Submarine Warfare Officer (Trident Training Facility, Kings Bay GA)

Developed and taught certification courses to senior submarine officers on the theory and application of strategic command and control and served as advisor to the Commander, US Strategic Command. Led high level meetings with Russian Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) inspectors and facilitated inspections by senior Russian military officers.

Nuclear Submarine Warfare Officer, USS Maine SSBN 741 (Kings Bay, Georgia)

Led with distinction, including five strategic nuclear deterrent combat patrols on an Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine. Responsible for training, supervisory operation, and maintenance planning in all facets of the design and operation of the S8G nuclear reactor and propulsion plant equipment. Served as a senior Officer of the Deck in the ship's operational role—as the Commanding Officer's second-in-command while at sea, was directly responsible for navigation, tactical positioning, personnel training, and weapons. Positions held during this period include:- Assistant Weapons Officer: Managed 28 Missile Technicians in the maintenance and operation of the Trident D-5 missile and launch system. - Chemistry and Radiological Controls Officer: Management of reactor water chemistry and propulsion plant repairs requiring radiological controls. - Main Propulsion Officer: Managed 19 nuclear-trained technicians involved in operating an S8G naval reactor and propulsion plant.
