      I was recruited by the Head of UK Facilities in Feb 2017. To deliver Regulatory compliance and provide a full range of warehouse and logistics operational management support and governance to the business. Having taken over the full operational control of Camelot’s bonded warehouse and its security policy and processes in line with GamCom Licenses. To deliver Regulatory compliance and provide a full range of warehouse and logistics operational management support and governance to the business. Having taken over the full operational control of Camelot’s bonded warehouse and its security policy and processes in line with GamCom Licenses. I implemented Control measures and Processes for the management of all incoming and outgoing assets and stock. And its subsequent control and accountability. I also devised and implemented control measure for the management of all confidential archives. Which provide the level of audit traceability required under the licence conditions, as well as writing the business processes and work instructions to support these functions. In addition. I implemented and delivered a document controlled warehouse inventory system. In order to gain full managerial control over Camelot’s archive inventory. In order to facilitate these controls. I have had to gain a good understanding of the following regulatory requirements: • License agreement conditions and DPA - GDPR compliance Regulations • Camelot Information Retention and Archive Policy. • Camelot Data Classification Policy I carried out a detailed gap analysis on all archive management functions. And have put in place a master project plan, with detailed key deliverable milestone timings and resourcing requirements. With a total inventory value of £4.1 million • The agreement of build plans against supply of materials with Production to meet customer demands • Production supply of all materials, against agreed build plans, ensuring FIFO is adhered to using SAP batch management. • Management and inspection of incoming deliveries of materials for machining and engine assembly, across three sites. • The management and control of high value finished machined cylinder blocks and heads, as well as complete engine assemblies. And there subsequent shipment to OEM teir1 customers • Daily monitoring and reporting all SAP transactions across two plant codes • Investigation and correction of any stock discrepancies. In order to achieve a high degree of stock accuracy • Control and quarantine of nonconforming materials and packaging in SAP. Physically and logically • The management of perpetual inventory counting across three sites • The booking, coordination and budgeting of transport for material movements between sites. As well delivery of engines for audit tests • Responsibility for the writing and management of both business processes. And local work instructions for the Logistics Dept. • Sole responsibility for management of all aspects of H&S within my dept. • The management 5s program. And housekeeping to ISO standards for engine manufacture • The management and maintenance of all forklift training within the business. As well being responsible for the company fleet of forklifts and stacker trucks, on all sites. • Achievement of 99.8% stock accuracy for 2015 annual material stock-take. • 0% accident statistic over 3 years.
