  TFP are the non-woven materials subsidiary of the James Cropper group. We make veils and matts from 2gsm to 3mm from a variety of fibres such as carbon, glass, polyester and aramid. These are used in a diverse range of markets from wind turbine blades, hydrogen fuel cells, aerospace and defence. I am responsible for preparing proposals for acquisitions and their subsequent integration into the group. I also sit on the divisional board giving input into the strategic direction of the company.
