CANYONING MANAGER

Main Activities:This Project was to develop a new tourist attraction in Victoria Fall, Zimbabwe, in the previously inaccessible Dibu Dibu Gorge, a tributary to the Zambezi River. This canyon averaged 15m wide and descended 160m deep.Tourist were to hike, abseil, zipline and climb into and out of the Canyon.I was to design, construct and install all structural and safety equipment needed. This included Climbing Hardware, Platforms, Rockfall Protection.I developed the procedure to take up to 12 clients safely through the attraction.This project was successfully completed. Main responsibilities were: Plan Scope, Collect Requirement, and Manage Budget Risk and Safety management Stakeholder Management, Work crew, Local Community, Tourists, Marketing Team Resource Management/Team developmentGiving Back Train people from the local community to assist with guiding and upkeep of project during Operation. Collect information and monitor to protect animal, bird and plant life.

Main Activities:This Project was to develop Fuel distribution sites across the country.Main objective was to upgrade existing site to Government Health and Safety Standard, as well as develop a new ‘modern look’ for all these sites.
