Submitting claims to Insurance companies via the Ministry of Justice Portal with sight of taking them through the Stage 1, 2 and 3 process. Preparing all cases by liaising with medical agencies, hire companies, engineers, recovery and storage companies, physiotherapists, GP’s, hospitals and employers. Preparing statements from witnesses, clients and litigation friends. Issuing and detailing courts documents for trials and hearings. Arranging conference calls with Judges, Barristers and clients. Valuing claims in line with the Judicial Studies College Guidelines. Briefing and instructing Barristers. Attending Infant Approval Hearings and trials if required. Show less
