I have had the pleasure of working with Andy as part of a major technology transition (M&A) project to align and combine two large organisations. This was a complex and demanding project, but Andy rose to the challenge and delivered to a high standard. He worked closely with the project team and business customers to ensure that changes were well coordinated and understood. He also developed high-quality, clear documentation, which was essential for the success of the project. Andy was also a key member of our Change team responsible for establishing and managing a digital workspace on our company intranet. This workspace is designed to drive collaboration and enhance self-serve IT support capability. Andy has done an excellent job of developing and implementing this workspace, and it has been a valuable tool for our employees. Andy is a talented and dedicated EUX professional with a wealth of relevant experience and skills in the EUX space. Andy has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with supporting and managing end-user focused business outcomes. He is also an excellent communicator with an aptitude for building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition to his technical skills, Andy is also a strong leader and team player. He is always willing to help others, and he is always looking for ways to improve the EUX experience for our employees. I have no doubt that Andy would be an asset any company he joins.

The purpose of my role with SpreadEx was to manage technical operations including supplier relationships, technology selection and implementation, technical troubleshooting and change management. I was accountable for liaising with external clients, internal business teams and development function to provide support, and in addition, I planned DR processes, managed system alerts and thresholds in SCOM, managed patches and led end to end deployment of software using SCCM. Most notably, I scripted processes using PowerShell to manage SCOM and SCVMM, proposed new fit for purpose service desk solutions and developed Hyper-V service templates to facilitate rapid deployment of development environments.
