The role entails: - Scouting and recommending talent individuals for the competition team - Forming, tailoring and implementing of learning action plans - Supervising & managing of logistics for competitive events - Coaching of athletes in both technical and sparring components - Liaising with fellow stakeholders and community members to achieve target outcomes
