I had the pleasure of working with Andy Parham for a year at IBM: he as the scrum master for the CIO/Mobile agile team and I as the product owner. Andy was always up for any task – already being technically skilled and always willing to master a new application. For example, he guided our team into the use of Jira for project management, Slack for communications, and Drupal for webpage make-up. He picked up any and all technical tasks for our team, and the websites we create and maintain. Andy approaches every challenge with good humor and patience, and was great fun to work with. I wish he was still working with my team. Cheers.
