Not only teaching them product and company knowledge but also sales techniques that can used for there current role and future careers. - Manage accounts such as SME’s , resellers and corporate companies where I liaise with the end users; Project Managers; Site Engineers; Senior Buyers; Procurement Managers, Marketing Managers and Site Managers- Keep updated with current legislation affecting the construction industry, as well as researching micro and macro changes affecting the industry itself, so that I can advise my customers- Work closely our internal graphics team to create bespoke signs that meet my customers requirements in fitting with their brand identity and the environment it will be displayed in. - Work collaboratively with marketing to provide content for marketing collateral such as eshots; blogs; website updates and catalogues - Respond to customer tenders and prepare quotes taking into account graphics and production time as well as material and shipping costs, whilst considering company margin requirements

  Contacting existing customers to gain the other side of the utilities if they were not supplied by us for either gas or electricity already. The calls were a lot warmer than with telesales and this meant the ability to earn what used to be our yearly financial target every 2 months. I was then made redundant on the 25th September 2014 as me and my colleagues positions were moved to our Leeds office, I was not in a position to moved that far.
