      Contacting existing customers to gain the other side of the utilities if they were not supplied by us for either gas or electricity already. The calls were a lot warmer than with telesales and this meant the ability to earn what used to be our yearly financial target every 2 months. I was then made redundant on the 25th September 2014 as me and my colleagues positions were moved to our Leeds office, I was not in a position to moved that far.
