      Currently responsible for in-house IT systems for Oriium and PAVillion including (but not limited to) Salesforce (Administration and Development), Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Intune, Mimecast Email Security Gateway, Power Bi, Microsoft Teams and 3CX VOIP Phone Systems, office network infrastructure. Also provide hands-on assistance to parent group (IOMART) with Salesforce development and administration. Key Projects: - Development of Salesforce system from a sales-only tool to incorporate Finance and Operations along with customer portal, service tool, project management, and more. Provides a complete view into what we do for our customers. - Implemented a migration from relying on on-prem systems to a cloud based method of working utilising Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and RingCentral VOIP systems (later changed to 3CX / Teams Voice). Allowed the company to continue business as normal during the pandemic, and adapt to a hybrid working environment there-after. As a result our teams can now pretty much work anywhere in the world.
