As a PC Double Agent I assist clients with their technological needs. I work regularly with OSX, iOS, and Windows operating systems. For Windows based operating systems I am very familiar with Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8. I work regularly to repair issues with these operating systems as well as to network them together to share files. For Macintosh based operating systems I am very familiar with 10.4-current 10.8 as well as iOS operating systems. I often integrate OSX with the current iOS to allow clients to receive the benefits of using current technology. I also have experience networking printers as well as using AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. In addition to doing the PC Double Agent role with Geek Squad, I also train new Agents and work with stores to train associates. This helps to make sure the budget is being met and client disappointments are avoided.
