I have had the pleasure of working with Andy for 22 years and he most diligent, meticulous, helpful and friendly individual you could work with. He has great knowledge and always goes that extra mile to ensure any issues are resolved to the best of his ability and the customer is satisfied with the result. His attention to detail is second to none and no problem is too small. It’s a shame our working relationship came to an end and hopefully our paths will cross again in the future. I met Andy during an assignment at Moore Stephens where he was IT Manager. I had need of his services on a number of occasions, ranging from software procurement,support and installation and a number of laptop hardware failures,in fact there were five in all and I called the last one " Mambo" for that reason. In all my dealings with Andy I found him exceptionally helpful and personable,nothing was ever too much trouble and he would always go the extra mile to resolve the issues I was facing. I saw him, first hand,organise the major logistical challenges posed by numerous floor moves and the merger of Moore Stephens with Chantrey Vellacott. This was carried out with exceptional professionalism and to highly exacting timescales.
