  It is only when we are tested that we really find out how far we have progressed and over the last few months we have indeed been sorely tested. Our team responded magnificently with fast commercial support to the stakeholders, prototypes/evaluation units being built within hours, and vast quantities of flow measurement and control devices being delivered in just days. We have always believed that customer support comes before everything else and over these last few weeks I think we have gone some way towards proving this. Our next challenge is very much upon as the world prepares for the huge task of up-scaling vaccine production to levels never seen before. Our Bio-Series mass flow controllers are built to the highest standards and are available with super-fast delivery. Our FD- and single use SD-Series back pressure controllers are designed with ASME BPE in mind and are also available super-fast. Again, an industry will require our dedicated support and not only are we committed to doing so, but we will strive to get even better. Whilst Brexit may well feel like an older challenge nowadays, we still see that it provides opportunity for those companies with a strong local presence and a commitment to truly helping their customers. Premier Control Technologies is one of those companies and I am delighted to have joined as Sales Director to further improve our support and service offering. We are ambitious, we are looking for growth and we are expanding our team. This, coupled with our view of forging long-term partnerships with our customers, will cement our position as one of the UK’s leading providers of flow, pressure, level and temperature solutions.
