After Andy blessed me with a glowing recommendation some time ago, and realizing the man hasn't had one in over a decade (what a trailblazer! 10 years on LinkedIn and still going strong), I feel it's my solemn duty to enlighten you all on the Andy experience. So, gather 'round and let me regale you with the truths Andy instilled in me over the past 8 years: 1. Remote work? Oh, it can absolutely work like a charm. 2. My ideas? Not always the best - Andy's got a knack for outshining me (and I'm not even mad). 3. When I let him tweak a design/storyboard/idea, we inevitably circle back to his original masterpiece. In the rarest of occurrences, Andy transcended the realm of business and became a friend. He's remained steadfast and true, never shying away from a challenge, never uttering the word "no," and never turning his back on me. Regardless of the company I find myself in or create, Andy is THE one person I'd want by my side. Oh, and did I mention he's an incredible designer? It's no surprise, really. A slew of well-known DTC brands in Germany owe their slick UI design to him, and you wouldn't even know it. Why? Because Andy doesn't need fanfare or a shiny trophy. He craves a no-nonsense environment where he can thrive, make an honest buck, and stay ahead of the tech curve like an old-school pro. In short, Andy is one of the greatest I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Andy is a joy to work with. I completely trust his ability to 'see' what I'm badly describing to him; what's in my head somehow gets into his and, he delivers! Every time! It's a miracle, as my head has a million ideas in it at once! Andy is an extremely talented designer with real insight into what his clients need. He also has a wonderful heart and sensitivity and, this is apparent in his work.I must also emphasise Andy's brilliant, innate sense of humour; as I'm a comedian, Andy has delivered what I want, with the right amount of cheekiness, yet he's always 100% professional.He has also created sensitive, esoteric work for my other business interests.
