  The leadership team to executes the project to ensure that the project is on schedule, within the quality and within the budget, and eliminates difficulties in project risk management and assisting cross-departmental communication. (a) MES systme implementation by ourself (Use AMAT FACTORYwork 2.x for assembly and tape sites) (AMAT SmartFactory for assembly site ) (CriticalManufacturing MESv8 for sip process) (b) Equipment Automatic operation design and develop for wafer/die base. (c) SAP/MES business flow design and material requirement planning. (d) Work with our customer to build the NPI portal for process integration with SAP/MES. We train team members to think during the project process, feel free to ask questions and try, inspire creativity to find solutions. (a) Design fablive and dashboard to show fab currently status and integrated data. (use RabbitMQ and MongoDB) (b) Map platform for process and defect analysis. (c) Design B2B platform use distributed architecture. (d) ETL architecture design. (e) webMethods system implementation and RosettaNet (10 PIPs) and Web Service Team sharing, being enthusiastically indulged in new technologies and agile development. (a) Computer vision for defect detection and monitor recipe info with equipment. (b) The introduction of angular framework for multi platform devices. (c) Refactoring (d) Project and daily using kanban management. (e) DevOps flow using CI/CD reduce time. (f) Use HA/LB software to avoid the risk of a single point of failure.
