Manage the pay-roll system for part-time staff at the Academy, assisting football club accountant. Be the strategic lead for the Academy, specifically working alongside Community Trust in creating strong local partnerships with Junior Clubs and Leagues. Attend annual meetings for gathering updates and reports from the FA and FL and local regional bodies as required. Ensure clear professional communication is in place with all stakeholders including facilities, schools, clubs, players and parents.       I worked closely with the Shrewsbury Town FC youth team (u9-18’s) applying individualized training programs, prehabilitation plans and also delivered specific sports functional training sessions. Biomechanical testing methods were used during the process to implement specific training programs that aim to enhance their personal development. Additionally, I have worked closely with the physiotherapy department to implement exercise rehabilitation programs to aid recovery specific to their requirements. I also delivered large group sessions involving spinning classes and was involved within the performance analysis of some of the players.
