As the former Manager of The Terrace Club at Progressive Field, I am extremely familiar with Andy's abilities as a Chef and BOH Supervisor. Andy showed an eager willingness to lead our BOH team, where he not only strengthened his own skills and techniques, but ensured that new members of the BOH team were able to improve as well. Andy demonstrated his deep understanding of all FOH/BOH systems, including menu development/financial analysis of menu items, COGS, and labor costs on a daily basis.
