I reach out Andy on Linkedin. From the start he has been ready to help. First over the phone he spared 45 min to give me good advice and recommended a course that it might be beneficial for me. He also sent me a free book to help me out understanding the barriers small businesses encounter at the start which I found very interesting and has helped me opening my mind. He later offer to meet up for a coffee with nothing strings attached to it, just simply because he wanted to help. I think that it's strange nowadays to find someone like Andy which is willing to help for nothing in return. Of course it's an investment, but a future investment as we don't know how we would be able to help each other. He is really a really nice and helped me a lot understanding were my barriers were and how to proceed. Rather than investing money, he advice to start doing the basic things right. TPM Pro is a complete movement management system designed for MSK, movement and wellness centres. It is uses the Performance Matrix movement screen and TPM Active product to help clients develop greater understand of their movement efficiency and improve that movement efficiency allowing them to perform to their best of their ability in whatever format of life they wish too. My Role was to work alongside the MD and Head of Education to develop the TPM Pro product into a recognised leader in the worldwide therapy, fitness and wellness market.During this time, I was a part of development the business strategy, marketing, product evolution, sales, customer relations and growth of the TPM Pro product. I was also responsible for developing and teaching the business element of the training which accompanies the TPM Pro product.I worked closely with all TPM Pro licence holders to support them in their business development and growth from USA, India, Australia, Finland, Germany, Holland and UK. I developed the TPM network which is a group of likeminded successful business owners that come together to support and share their business knowledge with other licence holders.During this time, I was part of the team that completed the evolution of the brand and the product and promoting these at several worldwide conferences including Singapore, Glasgow, Birmingham and London. Developing the TPM Pro to where it is currently has been a fantastic experience.
