Authentic, Passionate, Genuine concern for others. I would say that these three attributes are most evident in Andy. I had the pleasure of reporting to Andy during my time at RSA. and found that the only part that Andy played was of himself. What you see is what you get. Because Andy is authentic the level of trust is extremely high. Andy displayed passion in every sense of the company and the people he came into contact with. Andy's genuine concern for others was displayed by understanding the people in his team and what was important to them. This was used daily and was genuine and not used as a tool to manipulate. As a team we were trusted and could have fun at work. Andy is one of the best leaders that I have reported into.
