  - Joined as employee #1 to rebuild the mobile app for this start-up company. - Designed and built a bespoke back-end database product (hosted in AWS) including a web-based CMS platform (Django) that allowed trainers and all departments to efficiently manage the app and user content. - Grew the user base from 70k users to 500k in just 18 months. - Worked closely with external development teams, managing budgets and ensuring tickets had extensive acceptance criteria and met the definition of ready.
