  Day to day running of the Metro line making sure that trams are ran safely, punctual and efficient. also dealing with incidents, emergencies and going out on the line for any problems or anything out of the ordinary going on. Supporting the network manager and maintaining strong communication with them at all times. Maintaining strong communications with other departments e.g rolling stock, infrastructure and training.

Dealing with any problems, i.e technical fault with the tram, signalling issues and supporting my conductor should he have an issue with a passenger. Liaising strong communications with the operation control centre at all times. Support the operation control centre with any changes to service requirements.
