This is my own company. I work as an independent management consultant either contracted directly to clients or as a sub-contractor to a well known management consultancy firm As per my experience and expertise the company focuses on improving working capital performance. A successful project for a Netherlands based multi-national was commenced in 2014 with work undertaken at their offices in Holland. A further project undertaken with the same client throughout 2015. January to June in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). July to December based in West Africa (Nigeria, Cameroon and Gabon) India and Norway with follow-up work/visits to the Middle East. A further extension to the project undertaken during 2016. New countries covered included Oman, Egypt, Angola, South Africa & Azerbaijan. Early 2017, working for a new client, an interim contract with a major telecom company. Currently on a project for a supplier of temporary power generation. A major UK Plc, my focus is on their Africa business. Show less

After the acquisition of Solutia in July 2012, I worked for Eastman in the above capacities. I operated under a retention agreement which finished during Feb 2014. Key responsibilities: • Transitioning the Solutia Global Credit function into the Eastman organisation. Focus on ERP systems, processes and people. • Management and direction of the EMEA Region’s Credit team. 10 direct reports [6 Rotterdam, Eastman heritage location; and 4 Brussels, former Solutia location].
