I have known Andy for over 10 year and worked with him for over 4 years at MBNA. Andy possess all the qualities you would seek in a manager and much more. I have seen him coach and mentor people adapting his style to match their thought processes and style of learning. Andy can show great empathy but does not shy away from the difficult conversations or situations. His style of management ensures he delivers on all KPI's set of him and his ability to think outside the box allow him to be successful at anything he is tasked with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an effective Team Manager.
