Professor Crosby is the faculty adviser for the Masters of Public Administration Student Association. He started during my second year of service as president of the Association and provided the group with a completely smooth transition. Prof. Crosby is approachable, flexible, and a team player. He was always available to answer my questions or provide support to the organization whenever needed. He is a hard worker that is dedicated to mentoring his students and motivating them to be the best they can be. In addition, it is clear that he has an intellectual curiosity about his students career trajectories and well-being which encourages long-lasting relationships. It was a pleasure to have Prof. Crosby as a faculty advisor to the MPASA program at Pace University.
