As the lead Programme Manager at Adare, I had the pleasure of working with Andy on several commercially driven projects. From day one, I was continuously impressed by the knowledge he brought to the table and his dedication to understand the essence of business requirements, decision making process and the long-term business objectives. His natural ability to ‘paint the picture’ as well as present facts based on data and analysis, coupled with innovative visual presentations raised the bar for everyone across technology and commercial teams. Most of all, his presentation and communication skills made a difference in how complex subjects were presented to allow audience to make an informed decision. I absolutely endorse his qualification and his skill set. Andy played a crucial part in successful delivery of new functionalities and enhancements into the business and brought a new more advanced level of management to the organisation. While Andy’s professional acumen was immensely valuable at Adare, he was also a fantastic team player.
