      - Managed a team of 12 producers across UK & US Studios. Providing video production support for the whole business. - I was in charge of all product video production across all 3 channels. Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter and The Outnet. Over 600+ product videos were produced weekly and my role was to monitor quality control, motivate and manage my team as well as investigating new ideas, different ways of shooting and editing to further improve quality and efficiency. - I implemented an editing work flow using vector scopes to align colour grading consistency, resulting in 50% reduction of errors and revisions. - By changing the settings of the camera to increase colour saturation when recording, producers were able to pick colours to grade more efficiently and have increased output by 25%. - Coco Chanel fine jewellery launch in May 2015 was a phenomenal successful, where 95% of the products were sold out within 24 hours. It was my idea on how to shoot the visual assets and was done completely in-house, which have saved the company tens of thousands of pounds, yet producing excellent results. From start to finish, the project was completed within 4 weeks from briefing.
