Andy and I were together on roadshows and other photography related events while he was working with ON1. The product gained real traction through Andy's knowledge and the level of Customer Service he was able to give to his customers, both on live demos - which I say countless hundreds off - and remotely by phone and email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone looking for someone to manage customer issues and extol the benefits of a technical product.
