Technical support and training for new and current customer. Onsite training with customers going LIVE with our software or those that request an onsite visit. My role is to enhance the customers knowledge of the IntelliEvent Express product and the various optional modules. I also specialize in implementation of a wide variety of accounting pass-off modules that are offered. My onsite travel has taken me as far away as Melbourne Australia and various cities in North America. Never a dull moment!Technical documentation is another aspect of my work at extreme-impact. I have written a number of documents that outline specific modules for IntelliEvent Express as well as product release notes for new builds of the software. Most recently I was asked to prepare documentation for our latest product IntelliEvent Lightning Enterprise. Recently I have gotten more involved in the programming aspects of the Express product by creating custom Quote and Invoice templates. This has really helped broaden my knowledge of OMNIS programming.

Consulting, Documentation, Technical writing and Media Design for a number of clients. A sample of projects ranged from MS Access programming for SuperPac Compaction and Champion Road Machinery to Technical Documentation for Brican Automation who build customized manufacturing equipment. Architel Systems Corporation contracted my services as a technical writer to prepare documentation for an "API Reference Guide" for their software Objectel. One of the more challenging assignments was a contract with Aerial Communications in Chicago. Over the course of three months I was assigned to provide media design consulting, analysis, formulation and documentation of all user access and security profiles for each department requiring access to their telco billing system. The software was a product from LHS called "BSCS". This involved extensive work on the Oracle database and an intensive submersion into the functionality of each of the billing system client modules. Responsibilities included ascertaining each business unit's security requirements and coordinating each department's access requests with each of the billing system modules "owners". Practical experience gained included "GSM" (Global System fo Mobile Communication), and training from LHS in the various client modules of the activation and billing system BSCS 4.0.
