I have worked with Andy for over a year, primarily in the Billing and Invoicing functional steam and have found him to be an honest and fair manager. Andy has excellent written and verbal communication skills and was able to manage our stakeholders really well. He was able to manage a number of tasks (across different functional areas as well as wider programme requirements) effectively. Andy also empowered our team to complete our tasks independently, though he was always on hand if we ever encountered challenges or difficulties. Andy has been a great team player and given the above qualities, I would not hesitate in recommending Andy as a workstream lead and project manager.

Andy manages his projects well through clear communications and excellent organisational abilities. He continuously questions and challenges to ensure the righ path is taken and this leads to a timely delivery to quality, whilst at the same time ensuring that those stakeholders around him have to be on top of their game to support.
