I've known Andy now for over 5 years, having worked together for Tractebel as the Owner's Engineer for Moorside and now more recently at DBD. I have both worked for him and alongside him and found him be a confident leader and trusted colleague. Andy has an unparalleled enthusiasm for engineering and science that sets him apart from others in his position. He is keen, knowledgeable and extremely easy to engage with, having a wonderful sense of humour and charm. I also find he takes things in his stride and is incredibly composed under pressure - a pleasure to work with!
