I met Andy at university where we were grouped together for multiple group projects. When thinking about Andy the phrase that comes to mind is ‘unbelievably efficient’ as every task he completes he aims to be as efficient as possible. Andy is a gifted programmer who is always eager to learn more and apply what he has learnt to different projects. Whilst working with Andy in group projects I learnt that Andy is a team player as he would always push himself and the group to produce a high standard of work as well as making sure to involve all team members. Any company would be lucky to have Andy and I will miss having the pleasure to work with him at university when we graduate.

I have studied along side Andy since the first day of my time at Teesside University. He has always been one of the most gifted programmers that I've known. Andy never stops learning new and upcoming technologies in the Computing industry, making and experimenting on new projects whenever he is not completing university work. Andy can always come to a solution with regards no matter how tough the challenge is, he has always been able to grasp all types of programming we have been taught with ease. I have worked in a number of group projects with Andy and he was always available when needed for group meetings and always produced work of a professional standard within any of the time frames that were set to him.
