I have worked with Andy on a couple of occasions, re-hiring him based on him being a great professional developer and also a pleasure to work with. He is able to work in small and large teams, finds his feet very quickly and very good at getting requirements and needs down so he can be productive. He has a broad skillset, right across product design, front end to API development and capable of delivering full projects himself or more with others. He is contentious of customer needs and usability in his design and development work. He was committed to the project we had, and managed to roll it out within 4 weeks, almost half the time we originally estimated.
