I hired and worked with Andres on numerous University projects and initiatives throughout his four years at the University of the Ozarks.. In all of my interactions with Andrés, he displayed a superb initiative and an outstanding work ethic in performing his duties and responsibilities. One example of this was his work on producing the University’s 2019 Christmas video for the marketing department. He took incredible initiative to conceptualize the theme and messaging and showed an innate ability to finish the shooting and editing under tremendous deadline pressure. The video was seen by thousands of University alumni and friends and received many positive comments from our constituents. Andrés also took the lead in producing University videos in fund-raising, recruiting and other marketing projects. His initiative, reliability and attention to detail were top notch in all of these projects and he often went above and beyond the scope of his responsibilities.
