I have been Andrzej’s superior for two years, and I would like to take a moment to show appreciation to his work. His main responsibilities were leading Lean Team in providing projects, trainings and workshops in a quest to implement lean culture throughout the company. Andrzej was also providing Six Sigma trainings, coaching and leading Six Sigma projects. Andrzej proved to be a very flexible and ambitious person, gladly taking over even the most challenging projects and delivering excellent results. His analytical skills proved invaluable in analysing and solving the toughest problems. Thanks to his interpersonal skills he was always able to inspire people and lead them towards the change. Also, he proved to be a very effective trainer and coach, always focused on developing himself and people around him.
