Andy worked for me at Aura Restaurant and Lounge as a lead server for special events and regularly scheduled weekends. Aura was always busy and Andy was very put together and efficient. We would go from no one to hundreds of people within 45min to an hour. Andy was great and managing his time well. He asked for help when he needed it and supported his other staff members always. I would hire Andy again. Tim Wilkin sub*culture
Benjamin D. Sommer
Andrue took three classes with me in the Graduate School of the Jewish Theological Seminary, and I got to know him quite well. He is an extremely serious and committed individual. In all three classes he took with me, he repeatedly brought theoretical models to bear on the assigned readings, thus making productive connections between my class and other courses he has taken, both at JTS and elsewhere. As a result, he enlivened our class conversation with relevant information on other ancient Near Eastern texts, post-biblical Jewish literatures, and theories of religion. The papers that Andrue wrote for me were intellectually ambitious, well-structured, and informed by appropriate scholarship from the narrow field of biblical criticism and from the larger field of religious studies. It was a pleasure having him in my courses.
