  My role required me to accurately process employee’s ticket sales, data entry, resolve discrepancies and send reports and queries to senior members of staff. I was responsible for producing a spread sheet showing the annual loss through staff discrepancies used by the Auditors, HR department and the Directors. I am often required to assist with the invoicing during the summer months. I also had to regularly communicate with the marketing department about changes in third party ticket providers. This role also includes other Administrative tasks such as:• Using databases and spread sheets,• Filing and data entry,• Answering telephones,• Office organisation,• and communicating throughout departmentsThis role has allowed me to develop:• Computer skills• An understanding of data confidentiality issues• and the ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail
