In less than 3 years, our team grew from 9 to 109 engineers, we’ve built modern "Google-like" research facilities while also fulfilling the audacious research targets set forth by EXCO. This rapid growth strategy had its challenges and we often had to “break all the corporate rules” in order to build this high-performance team. The strategy paid off and the team was often showcased in corporate publications, media presentations and even television talk shows.
