I had the great pleasure of working with Andria from the very early stages of Sea of Thieves development at Rare, through to the big launch. Working and iterating together we developed very lightweight and easy production planning tools for all her content teams. Whilst running the internal team, Andria also oversaw a large shift to outsourcing art within the studio, empowering her leads to be able to provide visual direction and feedback quickly whilst maintaining quality and rapid turnarounds which would impress even the largest players in the industry. Development was always challenging on Sea of Thieves, but Andria rose to every challenge and shift in roadmap content with ease, spinning up vendors & partners from across the world and always running a tight ship. Her easy-going nature and strong production mindset would help any studio achieve success.

Andria drives her team whilst giving autonomy to the Leads of the individual disciplines. She is very direct in her management style and doesn't beat around the bush, but she also has your corner too and will back you up. Andria is fair and pragmatic in her character as well as in her approach to art production and never loses sight of the overall goal.
