I began working for the Center for the Promotion of Mental Health in Juvenile Justice (CPMHJJ) at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene as a Site Administrator and within a year was promoted to Project Manager for their Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funded Project Connect. I was involved in all aspects of this project including program evaluation; collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders to garner support, set goals and develop a timeline; development of data instruments for data collection purposes; management of SPSS database and data analysis; curriculum development; meeting facilitation; and site management including recruitment and training off-site personnel. Additionally, I have contributed to research papers, ran prevalence reports using SPSS, and assisted in grant applications as well as budget creation and maintenance. Show less
