      1. Developed a data management and analysis dashboard to measure the tour impact. Here, I extracted, analysed, and converted a large data set (bookings) into readable graphs. This tool has been used to establish a baseline for Destination Management Companies' (DMC) sustainability performance. 2. Initiated and designed a GreenKey Indicator-based hotel sustainability survey. This tool has been used by DMCs during their accommodation procurement processes to evaluate hotel sustainability. 3. Led a 1-on-1 online workshop for 24 DMCs with various cultural background explaining the use of database and hotel survey.
