Right, i was entitled to managing and supervising US SAT team.Interviewing and hiring people.Intensive trainings on how to do routine (calling, script creation, small workshop plays, demo of the product as the final step - so they can start working with AM).Managing USA SAT helping marketing with various tasks with the events.Still CRM operating (importing contacts for new AM came and exporting for the events (campaigns)).Working closely with GM on planning and strategic moves to build the channel. Somewhere parallel i was involved in signing partner in Estonia, Wildix established real branch there later with marketing, tech and administrative people. From then on i was following up sales in Estonia with existing partners there.Well a lot of parallels agree (working hours never fit to the schedule) but there is one more, i signed partner in India (platinum one) and i am in charge of him from then on.

We entered USA Market in 2016 (officially), earlier i was involved in signing first partner there (former 3cx platinum partner). Then general decision to establish real branch was made. Now HQ is Columbus OH. We also have local US Ware House there.So my process there was to help our GM USA with various things there as we started as 2 of us.interviews for area managers.Cold calling the base.Events preparations.DB CRM building (leads).SAT assistance to AM in their areas.
