JSC Freight One is a railway division of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding. My main task on this position was the development using the Atlantis environment. In fact, it is an intermediate layer between the database (we use Oracle 11g) and domain logic. Atlantis has its own SQL-dialect but some tasks require complicated queries and using pure PL/SQL. Because of lack of some architecture solutions in the Atlantis platform, necessary for flexible and maintainable design, I had to develop several libraries I used in my everyday development, such as: • a unit testing framework; • abstract access to the database; • dependency injection via the component repository. Due to those I successfully implemented a bonus calculating system and an HR-order workflow inside business processes of the company. As a part of the engineering team I got involved in the development of integration between Galaktika and other corporate systems. Show less
