  From concept to final shipment, I helped design and manufacture mechanical thread verification machinery for a variety of purposes including oil filters, axles, wheel studs and shell casings. We worked with customers to develop requirements, then designed the equipment, ordered parts, machined raw materials, assembled the final product, tested for flaws, and finally shipped. - Machined parts using the manual mill, lathe and other machine tools. - Upgraded the inventory tracking capabilities to reduce delays caused by lead times. - Helped develop a new customer management system, to reduce the time for quote generation, and improve the accuracy.
