With strict contractual Milestones and multi faceted deliverables, we delivered the project as promised. The scope of my responsibilities included running the entire operations of the company including financials, managing the project deliverables with external consultants and experts, content planning, design & development and design of technology platforms for sport - the first of its kind in Malaysia.
