The absolute best. I loved working with and for Andrew! Andrew is an impactful leader, a wonderful person, and an absolute genius. His work ethic and knowledge exceed everyone I have ever met in the cannabis industry. His humility and empathy are inspiring. There are not enough positive words to describe how valuable Andrew is to a company and to his colleagues. I owe so much to Andrew and his leadership. He made me a better employee and a much better human. I will forever be indebted to Andrew. I give him my highest recommendation.

In my time working alongside Andrew I can confidently say I have never been happier. Andrew truly leads through his teams and see’s results. He’s motivating, organized and shares knowledge with all employees regardless of where you fall on an organizational chart. When he speaks to teams we can feel the energy and passion he brings. Andrew’s knowledge of retail operations and the cannabis industry will bring any team success. The ability to have fun while setting clear expectations is a rare skill, and Andrew has it down. Andrew is dedicated to his teams we win together.

As Cresco’s footprint grew in MA I took over as retail lead for a merger and acquisition project with Cultivate Holdings. I was responsible for integrating Cultivate stores into the Sunnyside brand. I coordinated and supported store rebrands, training, patient flow, inventory management, employee integration, and adoption of Sunnyside policies. In that time I took on more than 75 additional employees and worked directly with teams to ensure success of integration. I was responsible for directly working with and organizing teams on new POS and online shopping integration. Through direct leadership and teamwork, we were able to bring the stores and teams under the Cresco umbrella. In New York I continue to drive sales growing consistently QoQ and refine practices to improve efficiency and success. Took over management and operations of Cresco’s AZ market and led its transition into the Adult Use Market, while directly managing six retail managers and roughly 100 additional retail employees including managers, assistant managers and pharmacists. . I shifted into this market while still managing 5 other East Coast locations (a blend of recreational and medical) and coaching all teams through growing sales, new company policies and regulation changes. In AZ I took the lead role in helping Cresco’s AZ team align with company policy, while navigating the rapidly changing new Adult Use market. Taking over in mid january and launching Adult Use in Late February I personally managed the staff’s development, implementation of new processes, inventory plan, training and operational plan for adult use operations. In NY and MA I continued to develop store operations and increased sales. I took time to develop nuanced feedback for employee feedback creating competencies and objective rating for stores. I have taken a lead role in several organizational efforts to improve operations, employee programs and sales plans. Through strong operational leadership and policies I have consistently developed increased sales QoQ and YoY in all markets with emphasis on winning over new traffic and creating consistent repeatable customers and recruiting new customers through outreach and community efforts. As a Budtender with Native Roots I quickly became a leader in the northern Front Range of Colorado. I worked at three different locations, often working up to 70 hours each week. All three locations maintained different laws, deals, and prices at the time, and I skillfully navigated these variations.
