I had the pleasure of working with Andy when his company CoStratify were commissioned by One Manchester to carry a business readiness, review prior to it commencing its change programme. On a personal level Andy is very engaging and conducts business in a highly consultative manner. He brings a wealth of experience to the table and offers constructive feedback and easily digestible insight. His approach is easily understood and is highly effective. From the work One Manchester commissioned they were able to see business service demand set against expenditure. They were also able to identify potential business changes that would have the most positive impact in improving its Value for Money position and/or would improve its customer and colleague experience. What I liked about dealing with CoStratify was they were able to draw upon the right high calibre people to meet the needs of the customer. I really hope I get the opportunity to work with Andy and the CoStratify team again.

I worked with Andy while at One Manchester during the most challenging time the sector has ever know - lockdown, pandemic etc. I saw at first-hand how Andy provided constructive challenge and support to the business to deliver IT systems in a way that supported immediate operations (in very challenging circumstances) and laid the groundwork for future improvement. I admire how Andy, during MS Teams meetings with passionate and sometimes conflicting opinions was able to synthetise the issue and bring the meeting to a focus on the key points. Personally, Andy provided me with tips and coaching which provided me with tools to better manage a challenging workload and helped me to think about my career and future goals.
